Service Summary

Pioneering People provides Recruitment Advertising services and Applicant Tracking solutions, which allow clients to advertise their vacancies in multiple locations simultaneously. Pioneering People will also, if required, search several third-party CV databases for the purpose of attracting candidates to
any live recruitment campaigns. Pioneering People further support their clients in the writing of advertisements, communicating with jobseekers on behalf of clients, and the supply an Applicant Tracking System for clients to rank and manipulate candidate data.

Service Level Agreement

Upon receipt of notification from a client that they wish to enter a contract to use Pioneering People’s services we, the Pioneering People ​team, will aim to ensure that any we work on campaign is placed live onto the pre agreed web pages within twelve business hours of receipt of the initial client communication. This twelve-hour timeframe is wholly dependent on the client replying in a timely manner to any communications from the Pioneering People team and on there being a satisfactory level of service available from the web pages onto which the campaign will be placed.

Pioneering People cannot be held responsible for campaigns going live outside of the twelve-hour timeframe if either the client does not respond in good time to our communications or the web services we use to promote our clients communications are unavailable due to circumstances outside the control of Pioneering People. This Agreement remains valid until superseded by a revised Agreement put in place by the Pioneering People Directors.

Acting on behalf

​By purchasing a service from Pioneering People, you are allowing Pioneering People to act on your behalf utilising your business name and logo where appropriate. All external communications carried out by Pioneering People (including logos, adverts, candidate communications) are on behalf of the client and are the responsibility of the client. Pioneering People accepts no legal responsibility for the content or images that are advertised on behalf of a client once agreed by them and disclaims all liability for negligence.

Guarantee

​There is no guarantee that Pioneering People will fill your role unless we have been engaged to work for you under our Headhunting percentage fee service. Our Recruitment Advertising and Recruitment Process Outsourcing services are advertising services that support you the client in attempting to attract the correct people to your roles. If you are unable to fill your vacancy because of the services provided by Pioneering People, Pioneering People has no obligation to re-run your advertisement. Advertisements may be re-run at the sole discretion of Pioneering People. You, as the client, hire the individuals because of the advertising process and for whom Pioneering People no liability. Pioneering People guarantees to advertise your vacancy across the agreed number of websites as determined in connection with Products and Pricing.

Liability

​The total liability of Pioneering People in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance, or contemplated performance, of the contract shall be limited to the price paid for the Services.

Pioneering People shall not be liable for loss of profits; loss of business; depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses; loss of anticipated savings; loss of goods; loss of contract; loss of use; loss or corruption of data or information; or any special, indirect, consequential, or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.

Payment

Pioneering People utilise payment terms of 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay within these agreed terms can result in:
(a) Services being suspended
(b) Loss of any discount, all discounts are agreed subject to correct payment terms.
(c) Claim of 4% interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998; accruing daily.

Force Majeure

Pioneering People shall have no liability to the Client under the Contract if it is prevented from, or delayed in performing, its obligations under the Contract or from carrying on its business by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of the Supplier or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors.

Variation

Pioneering People may, from time to time and without notice, change the Services offered. Pioneering People reserves the right to change the job boards used for advertising without communicating this with the client. Pioneering People will endeavour to ensure that this doesn’t happen but on occasion this might be essential, and no prior warning can unfortunately be given.
